Shipping International Orders
We can ship just about anything anywhere.
We charge a flat rate for International orders. $25 to Canada, and $50 for the rest of the world. (Air mail with tracking information.) That is for clothes and bike parts, but not for frames, wheels, rims, or complete bikes. For those, we charge whatever we are charged. We usually ship via the post office, but also use UPS, when needed.
There is one thing we have no control over- What your government charges you for import duties, taxes, and fees. Recently, we have had two or three customers refuse delivery of a package because they felt that the duty was too much. While that is understandable, we have to absorb the shipping charges, the labor to pack and send the package, and the time it takes to fill out all the paperwork involved. We are not big enough to do that too often.
Please call your local Office of This Sort of Thing, and check with them before you place an order if you are concerned about duty. We don't know if you will be charged (or how much) in your neck of the woods, and have no way of figuring it out.
Many thanks.
