The best bike packing in the world

We use a stiff, expensive custom cardboard box. It costs $15. 

We use blue foam blocks that cost about $5 each to pad the bike in various spots. Some of these are custom cut for us, some we cut up ourselves. Some slip over tubes, some are hot-glued to the sides of the box.

Then we use other foam for special padding purposes, to keep fenders or other parts from rubbing on themselves or something else.

Robert developed the method, then taught it to Mark, who taught it to Eric, and now there are four guys here who can do it. It takes  more than an hour.   Omar says it takes him two and a half.

Eventually we'll have pictures up here. I'd say, by December. Right now there's no way to put pix in the articles section. You may see a few of them, but those ones Gino and Brian put up. The're going to rig it so we can do it ourselves; at which point..watch out.
